Inside our manufacturing facility, Peoria Production Shop operates a significant labeling and marking department. We provide labeling, bar coding, and serialization for a variety of applications, including OEM product identification, part numbering, and relabeling of repackaged or rebranded products. Our capabilities include printing AIAG and SP20 compliant bar code labels for parts and packaging, as well as a variety of other packaging identification standards.Along with flexible packaging film, fiberboard, paper, and plastic, materials we mark and label fiberglass, plastic, rubber, and textiles. We leverage a variety of printing and marking technologies, including digital and flatbed printing, laser printing, pad printing, and others. Each method has particular features and benefits, and our staff is available to answer any questions you have about any of the marking methods as well as help you identify the best match for your individual application.Our custom labeling and marking services include the in-house application of labels to your products and packages. We can mask or remove outdated information before replacing it with a new labeling solution. For companies involved in the automotive industry, we offer labels that adhere to AIAG trading partner standards for linear and 2D symbology, data content, label placement, and print quality for shipping labels. We print serial numbers and other identifying information that is clear and legible on labels that measure up to 6.0” in length x 6.0” in width.We handle small orders as well as those that involve high volumes.
