Our products come with striking features such as surface finishes, corrosion resistance and durable. As a part of comprehensive services, we offer flow and thermal casting analysis. Our casting process materials include sand, foam, wax, dry, oil and green sand. Additionally, we offer assembly, deburring, engineering, finishing, inspection, layout, machining, polishing, physical vapor deposition and repair services.Our facility is well equipped with 2 high-volume furnaces. We are Kaizen/5S, yellow, green and black belt Six Sigma certified. Our efficiency allows us to provide lean and lights out manufacturing. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.We comply with ANSI, AS, ASME, ASTM, AWS, DIN, FDA, ISO, NADCAP, QS, RoHS, SAE, TS and military standards.
