This is a high volume part that has an outer diameter of 0.451 in and is machined from carbon steel, making it an ideal application for Davenport screw machining.The retainer is produced on a Davenport multi-spindle machine, and is manufactured by performing simultaneous turning and machining operations while holding tolerances as tight as ±0.001 in. Dimensional tolerances are verified using a number of precision metrology instruments such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and profilometer. We are ISO 9001:2008 certified follow multi-level inspection procedures to verify the quality of parts according to our quality management system.This part requires thick silver Chromax coating which was applied by a trusted partner.
