Average Monthly Active Recipients (updated on 29 July 2024)
In accordance with Article 24(2) of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), providers of online platforms are required to publish the average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union (the “EU”) every six months starting from February 17, 2023. This number is for the purpose of determining whether such providers are considered a very large online platform, reaching an average of at least 45 million users per month in the EU.
The average monthly active recipients of Alibaba.com in the European Union for the six (6) month periods ending:
29 July 2024 is about 11.9 million.
