Production is carried out utilizing a range of precision processes including slotting, shank slotting, thread rolling, trimming, drilling, pinch pointing, bagging, and multiple die work. Fasteners are available in steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, brass, aluminum, copper, and silicone bronze materials. Customers can choose from premium finishing options including patching, painting, and vinyl dipping. Cold headed parts are possible in lengths up to 10″ or 250mm, and diameters from #00; to 3″ or metric sizes M2 to M28. Production is enhanced with a number of value added ancillary services including plating, heat-treating, plating, powder coating, welding, assembly, kitting, and warehousing.We invite customers to take advantage of our long and short run capabilities, stock and release programs, poly bagging services, and rush ordering capacity. We are dedicated to continuous quality with comprehensive testing and inspection protocols, including material certifications, and available quality records.
