At The Federal Group USA, we manufacture cold-headed parts from alloy steel, brass, bronze, copper, Inconel®, stainless steel, exotic and specially blended materials. Our production capabilities include heading, rod header, open, single and multiple die design. We offer several finishing options including zinc, zinc phosphate and black oxide.With our cold heading capabilities, we can produce automotive components, gear blanks, ball studs, piston pins, spark plug shells, valve spring retainers, transmission shafts, agricultural parts, bearings screws, bolts and nuts. Our facility is well-equipped with 2 die/2 and 6 die/6 blow machines. Loctite® sealants are utilized.Additionally, we offer barcoding and JIT services. We are Kaizen/5S, yellow, green and black belt Six Sigma certified. Our efficiency allows us to provide lean and lights out manufacturing. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.We comply with ANSI, AS, ASME, ASTM, AWS, DIN, FDA, ISO, NADCAP, QS, RoHS, SAE, TS and military standards.
