We provide box building, electro-mechanical assemblies, coaxials, RF assemblies, and power distribution units. Also available are USB, CAT5, and CAT6 cables, as well as medical cables, fan assemblies, custom power cords, and we can work with cable up to 500 MCM. We provide military wire harnesses and cables, flat ribbon IDC, and Flat Flex cable assemblies, as well as custom injection overmolding. Our equipment and long years of manufacturing experience allow us to offer a range of turnkey solutions, including quick turn production, Kanban, prototyping, and full inspection and testing. A well-qualified team of designers is available to provide any engineering services our customers require. Finally, customers in San Diego and Orange County can take advantage of our JIT delivery services from our manufacturing plant in Vista, California.The full extent of our state-of-the-art cable manufacturing equipment is too large to fully cover here, but includes a 35 user MRPII system, three Schleuniger multi-stage programmable coax strippers, six Eubanks wire/cable cut and strip machines, and eight Schleuniger wire/cable jacket strippers. We also maintain over 75 Bench Termination Presses, a Tulsa Power Wire Handler, injection molding equipment, and much more. With this caliber of equipment, our team of experts meets or exceeds the highest standards of workmanship, including IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC/EIA J-STD-001, IPC/JEDEC-J-STD-020B, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 13485:2003, ITAR, UL, and RoHS.Our services have been employed for some of the most demanding industries.
