Our roll forming services are efficient, low-cost, and can incorporate secondary operations such as punching, slotting, and notching. As a cold working process, roll forming produces structurally rigid profiles with a uniform thickness, good surface quality, and close tolerances on cross-section, straightness, and length. We manufacture angles with dimensions anywhere in the 1/16″ x 1/16″ to 1 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ range with equal or unequal legs. Length can be specified anywhere from 3″ to 20′. With our vast inventory of stock dies, we produce any angle within these measurement ranges with no tooling charges. If a custom die is needed, we will design and build it in-house. As part of our services, we provide design assistance. Our team uses CAD/CAM software to create the angle design and then simulate the bending steps to ensure that the angle configuration is precisely what is needed for the specific application. With roll forming, we can process any bendable metals in gauges from .005″ to .125″. Materials we roll form include plain, pre-painted, and pre-finished steel, various finishes of stainless steel, and galvanized steel. We also roll form angles from mill finish or pre-finished aluminum as well as brass, bronze, copper, and zinc. We accept orders from low to high volume and with our CAD/CAM systems, high-speed roll formers, and stock dies, we deliver quickly and on time. Our prices are very competitive.
