At Connective Design, Inc., we offer custom designed or reverse engineered contacts for prototype and low to high volume production. Our capabilities include assembly, turnkey, contract and made-to-print manufacturing. We work with alumel, chromel, beryllium, Inconel®, Kovar®, stainless steel, phosphorous bronze and copper alloy materials. Military specification, coax, twinax, thermocouple, Wire-Wrap®, printed circuit board, pin and socket contacts are offered.Our products can be made in various styles, cavity or wire sizes, class and usage based on customer requirements. We also offer additional services such as CAD design, kitting, special packaging, inspection, documentation, traceability, testing, inventory management and Just-In-Time (JIT) shipping. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis with them usually being 4-6 weeks. Emergency and rush services are available.Our clients come from a diverse set of industries including military, aerospace, manufacturing, construction, medical, electrical, marine, telecommunication and electronics.
