(ESI), we offer custom fasteners made from alloy steel, aluminum, beryllium, brass, bronze alloy, carbide, carbon steel, copper, molybdenum, Monel®, nickel, stainless steel and titanium materials. Our line of fasteners include screws, rivets, bolts, nuts, pins and self-tapping fasteners.Our engineers have extensive experience making fasteners with self-tapping, ACME, drive screw, drywall, machine, particle board and self-drilling type threads. Various pin styles include clevis, cotter, dowel, ejector, hitch and locating. We offer fasteners in several screw head types such as combination, hex, Phillips, six lobe, slotted, socket, square, tamper resistant and torx. Nut types including anchor, cap, automation, castle, center lock, conical, eye, finished hex, hex flange, square, thumb, top lock, weld and wing.Our specialization also extends to rivets in blind, closed end, hollow, pronged, rod, slotted, solid, split, threaded and tubular configurations. Additional services such as supply chain support, logistics, advanced assembly, riveting, welding, tapping, skating, laser marking, finishing, cleaning, deburring, heat treating, plating, electronic tool and press monitoring are offered.Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available. We are black belt Six Sigma certified and lean manufacturing capable.
