At Meridian Products, we offer custom and off-shore injection molding services. Materials we work with include ABS, acetal, acrylic, copolymer polypropylene, HTPE/LDPE, microcellular, nylon, PEEK, PET, polyaryletheretherketone, polycarbonate, polyester, polypropylene, polystyrene, polyurethane, thermoplastic and thermoset plastics. At our facility, we utilize blow, gas assisted, high press tonnage, in-mold assembly (IMA), reaction injection (RIM), solid and two shot mold processes.As a state-of-the-art operation, we have the capabilities to manufacture micro and small parts, miniature, large and multi-components. Our additional services include engineering, mold making, product development, rapid prototyping and tooling. We are yellow, green and black belt Six-Sigma certified, follow lean and lights out manufacturing principles as well as Kaizen/5S methodology. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.We comply with ANSI, AS, ASME, ASTM, AWS, CE, CSA, DOT, FAA, FDA, ISO, IEC, NADCAP, QS, RoHS, SAE, TS, GSA, UL and military standards.
