Custom Pressure Vessels

At AMECO USA we offer the custom manufacturing of pressure vessels, experienced in designing both stationary and transportable classes in horizontal and vertical working positions. We build to ASME code standards, with construction types including filament wound, flat bar, flat plate, and sheet. A wide selection of materials can be utilized for construction including aluminum, composite, copper, steel, stainless steel, titanium, hastelloy, Inconel and Monel. Custom vessel profiles are accomplished with a choice of cylindrical, oval, rectangular, or spherical vessel shells coupled with head geometries including conical, elliptical, flat, hemispherical, reverse dished, toriconical, and torispherical. Head assembly is executed with bolted, clamped, or welded methods. A number of special features can also be incorporated into vessel construction including chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, cladding, foam insulation, double wall construction, jacketing, lifting lugs, portable, and multi-compartmental units. Available surface treatments and coatings include galvanized, painted, plated, and unfinished.All construction is carried out at our facility, upholding the highest industry standards. Comprehensive testing and inspections are performed to ensure quality and integrity, with required documentation included. Turnaround times are quoted per project.
