Along with a state of the art minor batching system, we have machinery capable of producing up to 238L batches with excellent dispersion. We produce millions of pounds of custom compounds annually, and supply it in strips measuring from 2.0″ to 30.0″ wide.With our technical proficiency, we specialize in creating high-performing rubber and polyisoprene synthetic rubbers, and we can also assist with thermoplastic elastomers, EDPM, and silicone compounds. Leveraging our R & D capabilities, we prepare trial batches to find the perfect blend of fillers, plasticizers, pigments, and other additives to develop compounds with appearance, elasticity, and mechanical properties optimized for your particular purpose. We can build compounds using your proprietary formula or adjust one of our existing formulas create compounds with the desired characteristics in regards to color, durometer, flexibility, and performance. In addition to chemical, oil, and UV-resistance, we prepare non marking and non-conductive materials and food grade compositions, all in standard or custom colors and with a specific compression set.Our laboratory staff documents all recipes, performs testing per your specifications, and records all results.
