Our facility houses both automated and manual polishing equipment, and as specialists in medium to heavy fabrications, our assets include custom-built, large-scale polishing equipment capable of achieving a #8; mirror finish. With our ability to cut, roll, weld, form and polish, we produce a diverse range of fabrications for medical, food service, architecture, and artwork applications.Using a variety of abrasives with coarse to fine grit sizes, we can produce a range of finishes. Along with a #3; grain finish and #4; architectural or sanitary finish, we create increasingly lustrous finishes up to a #8; bright mirror polish with absolutely zero surface defects. We polish stainless steel and other types of steel, nickel alloys, aluminum, copper, titanium, and alloys such as Inconel® and Monel®. We grind and polish flat shapes as well as curved and rounded geometries.Our total quality management program includes lean manufacturing and ISO 9001:2008 certification, and we follow the disciplines of Six Sigma in every one of our departments.
