At Braxton Mfg. Co., Inc., we offer custom deep drawn housings and enclosures made from aluminum, brass, bronze, copper, gilding, gold, Inconel®, Invar®, Kovar®, Monel®, Nichrome®, nickel, platinum, silver, stainless steel and titanium materials. Our general capabilities include miniature, production and contract manufacturing.We can provide parts with length ranging from 0.013 to 2.250 in., length-to-diameter ratio of 55:1, 0.006 to 1.950 in. OD, 0.005 to 1.945 in. ID, wall thickness from 0.0005 to 0.22 in. with tolerance of up to 0.000015 in. and surface finish of 10 microinches RMS. Since we are your one-stop shop, we offer several additional services such as engineering, rapid prototyping, annealing, designing, anodizing, cladding, edging, stress relieving, wire EDM, rack plating, heat treating and PPAP documentation. Our products are meant for a broad range of applications including arthroscopic surgery, controlled drug delivery, dermatology, radioactive implants, safety needle devices, vascular access, ophthalmology, fuse caps, micro and nano contacts. Our lean tool compliances include Kanban, OEE, PDCA, Poka-Yoke, value stream mapping, root cause analysis, Heijunka, cellular workflow design, continuous improvement program and in-process waste analysis. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. We are Six Sigma and 6S certified.
