On-site equipment includes a SectorTech CNC plasma cutting table, capable of multi-axis cutting of very thick materials. Cutting capacities include a production pierce of up to 2 in and severance of up to 3.2 in for mild steel, and a production pierce of 3 in and severance to 6.25 in for stainless steel and aluminum. Complex shapes can be produced from a multitude of materials including aluminum, brass, bronze, carbon steel, copper, heavy plate, titanium, ferrous and non-ferrous metals.Our plasma cutting services have been successfully employed for a range of applications, including heavy duty vehicles, HVAC, pressure vessels, and pipes, along with the production of signs, tanks, metal art, and architectural ornaments. We handle production volumes from prototype to large scale, long run production with lead times quoted per project.
