At Inline Plastics, we’re at the forefront of custom plastic extrusions, supporting a wide range of profiles, rods, tubing, and other shapes. We’re capable of creating large or small profiles depending on our customer’s design requirements. Our extrusion processes can accommodate virtually any custom width or length; creating a variety of shapes and profiles including enclosed, rod, hollow, open, and U/H/C/T channels. For pipes and tubing, we can extrude shapes with outer diameters as small as .180” and as large as 5.5”. Our processes include co-extrusion, foamed profile, single screw, and anti-static. We feature over 20 different plastics to choose from including acrylic, ABS, polycarbonate, PVC, polyethylene, polyurethane, polystyrene, and EVA.Our extrusions can be designed with flame retardant capabilities, impact resistance, water resistance, flexibility, foam, food grades, and high-temperature performance. We can also produce both extrusion profiles and tubing with varying surface finishes such as clear, translucent, custom color, matte, gloss, reflective, simulated metallic or wood, overlays, and light diffusion. To help our customers reduce their manufacturing costs, we can offer in-house engineering, DFM, tooling, assembly, bonding, hot stamping, milling, kitting, packaging, drilling, staking, taping, and punching. We emphasize quality control on every project regardless of its size; employing the latest CMM and Go/No Go gauges to verify dimensional accuracy. We field a quality control manager on every project to ensure that all final products are tested and inspected prior to delivery. Our facility has the capacity to support prototyping, low or high volume, small or large, and large scale production runs.Since 1996, we’ve served an array of industries including appliance, furniture, fitness, marine, lawn & garden, medical, transportation, lighting, HVAC, and consumer products.
