We not only provide a full system of design review by our expert design engineers, but we also offer rapid tooling and molding services. No matter what type of prototyping customers require, we deliver with the best quality work, performed to our customers’ precise specifications.We believe that the most critical aspect in meeting our customers’ molding expectations is quality part design. This is why we maintain extensive procedures for design review. Our highly trained and experienced staff works closely with our clients’ engineers to ensure that new products meet all expectations for moldability and end-use functionality. In addition to our expert staff, we also work closely with a number of local design companies. By engaging this full range of resources, we provide invaluable assistance in ensuring any potential manufacturing issue is eliminated up front, before tooling is built. A wide scope of prototyping services is available. We form visual, study, and proof-of-principle prototypes as well as fully functional models. We also build and repair prototypes of all kinds, including large scale products and scale models. Our designers and engineers are fully trained in Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Manufacturing (CAM) technologies. While we specialize in providing injection molded prototypes, other methods are available as well. We engage our state-of-the-art equipment and work with our prototyping partners to offer Snapfit, CNC, and manual machining. Our prototyped products encompass a broad spectrum of applications, some of which include brackets, displays, cases, drawn parts, hardware, medical devices, shells, structural tubing, and point-of-purchase (POP) items, just to name a few. We also provide short run production for parts using our rapid tooling program. These include mold inserts which are typically built in one to two weeks. Several thousand parts can be created with this method, which is often used to evaluate critical use requirements or for bridge tooling. Working with our prototyping partner, we also can provide rapid prototypes with typical lead times of five days. For rush and emergency jobs, we have been able to deliver samples within 24 hours.
