Technic’s Spouted Bed Electrode (SBE) is a, patented method of electroplating small components such as: Electronic connectors, Contact Pins, Chip capacitors and resistors. The SBE plating system replaces a 4 x 6 inch barrel with a patented SBE chamber facilitates a rapid circulation of the parts over the cathode current feeder without the use of any mechanical movement. Load size range from 50 to 500 mils. Available as a manual or automatic operation, the SBE comes in several configurations and can run small barrel and vibratory plating units interchangeably with SBE chamber operations.
