Intended applications of our services are tubing cut to size, magnet insertion and spring installation. At our facility, we utilize additive manufacturing, DFM, insert, two shot, plastic injection and over molding processes.We are yellow, green and black belt Six-Sigma certified, follow lean and lights out manufacturing principles as well as Kaizen/5S methodology. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available. SLA, SLS, polyjet, and cast urethane sample parts can be fabricated.
