A client in the home goods industry came to Wardzala Industries, Inc. in need of a four-slide wire assembly formed mechanism. The customer provided a drawing specifying their needs, and we custom-made the part for them. We performed four-slide wire forming followed by end piece swaging.The finished product was made of pre-coated galvanized hard drawn steel wire with spring tempering. It was 20 inches long, 4 inches wide, and 2 inches high. Its diameter was 0.156 gauge. We worked within tolerances of ±0.005 inch.The very satisfied customer ordered the delivery of 240,000 units per week.
