We manufacture box builds, control panels, fire alarms, HVAC controls, intercom systems, battery cables, power and ribbon cable assemblies. The connector types of our products are 8P8C, audio/video, blade, crimp-on, D-subminiature/D-sub/DB, DC, DIN, HD, insulation-displacement, keyed, plug, socket, hermaphroditic, SCSI, USB, wire nuts, ring and spade. The AWG of the cables are based on customer requirements.Our wire harness features include abrasion-resistant, braiding, binding, clamp, cable tie, extruded string, exact reproduction, heat-resistant, oil-resistant, universal harness and water-resistant. We are equipped with multiple wire labeling lines, stripping, cutting, auto insertion, production cell, high speed and full series of SMT automated machinery. Our panel features include touchscreen, turnkey, programmable and variable frequency drives.We offer secondary services such as kitting, finished products packaging, reshoring, domestic adaption, fulfillment, distribution, material or component procurement, inventory and supply chain management. To maintain quality, we perform flying probe, AOI, box builds, x-ray and functional testing. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.Our products comply with UL, CE and FCC standards. We have a Kanban program in place to ensure efficiency.
