Special Tantalum Boats, Folded Baffled Box Sources and Shielded Baffled Box Sources. Special tantalum boats have welded corners and offer the benefits of long life along with covered evaporation areas to help reduce spitting and contain volatile materials. These are available in a variety of sizes and offer baffling in some cases. Custom sizes are easily made and available on request. Also shown are Folded Baffled Box sources, available in Molybdenum and Tantalum, and oiler exceptional baffling, without heat shielding. These are available in varying capacities as standard items, as well as custom sizes on request. The last section includes Shielded Baffled Box Sources and High Volume Sources that are ideal for SiO, Zns and other subkming materials.
