We also offer hot/cold strip cutting and large capacity die cutting using flatbed, forged steel dies, steel rules and thermal cutting methods. Our 100-, 30-, and 25- ton presses provide flexibility to ensure our customers’ jobs are done as quickly and efficiently as possible.We research and source all necessary materials to satisfy a product’s requirements, or we can use customer-supplied materials. A sampling of the materials we work with include: cotton, canvas, foam, laminations, vinyl, Kevlar®, Food and Drug Administration (FDA) Vinyl, polyester, mesh, leather, Sunbrella®, and more.Our facility is equipped to handle virtually any production capacity. With our blanket order program, we can ensure that bulk product inventories are delivered according to pre-established timelines. Our cutting services are used in medical and industrial applications worldwide including medical, government, construction, defense, electrical, HVAC, oil and gas, packaging, transportation, and many more.
