At Aurora Defense Group, we offer 3, 4 and 5-axis CNC machining services with live tooling. Materials worked with include steel, aluminum, Inconel®, steel alloys, brass, copper, stainless steel, iron and titanium. Vertical Milling, lathes and Swiss machining services are available.We have state-of-the-art machining equipment with collet chucks, 12 pallet APC, 15,000 RPM spindle system and CNC control. We can machine parts with up to 2.56 in. diameter and 30 in. length with tolerance of up to ± 0.001 in.Our clients come from a diverse set of markets including aerospace, military, agricultural, automotive, electrical, electronics, manufacturing, marine and medical.
