At Century Rubber Co., we offer connector insulators made from natural rubber, silicone, Fluorocarbon (FKM), neoprene and fluorosilicone materials. They are well-suited for electrical connectors, connector pins and sockets, protecting and isolating electrical currents. Rubber-to-metal bonding, die-cutting, injection, homogenous, compression, transfer, insert, micro and overmolding processes are employed. We specialize in custom and contract manufacturing of small parts.Our facility is well-equipped with stock cutters, air compressors, cryogenic deflashing machines, post cure ovens, inspection tables, mills, lathes, parts washers, fixtures, microscopes, optical comparators, injection, clicker and self-contained hydraulic presses. We are capable of offering part sizes ranging from 0.062 to 22 in. with ± 0.003 in. tolerance.Since we are your one-stop-shop, we offer several additional services such as design and material assistance, rapid prototyping, grinding, anodizing, plating, screen printing, testing, special packaging, engraving, mold texturing, powder and polymer coating are also provided. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on job by job basis. Rush services are available upon request.
