At Connective Design, Inc., we offer contract manufacturing services for prototype and low to high volume production. Our capabilities include assembly, sheet metal fabrication and machining. We employ processes like CNC turning, rubber injection molding, welding, sawing, milling and punch pressing.Our capabilities are suitable for cable assemblies, wire harnesses, military specification connectors and components. Our facilities are well equipped with wire markers, strippers, machining centers, grinders, automatic saws, milling machines, abrasive cutting equipment and arbor presses.We also offer additional services such as CAD design, kitting, special packaging, inspection, documentation, traceability, testing, tooling, inventory management and Just-In-Time (JIT) shipping. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.Our clients come from a diverse set of industries including military, aerospace, manufacturing, construction, medical, electrical, marine, telecommunication and electronics.
