Custom Channels

As part of our product line of roll-formed parts, Kroh-Wagner manufactures both standard and custom channels for many applications. We manufacture custom channels in various materials, sizes, and configurations. Tapping into our long history in the roll forming business, our facility houses precision roll forming machinery that we engineer and build ourselves as well as a vast inventory of standard tooling. Our experienced production staff combined with our tooling and machinery allows us to create custom configurations quickly and at a very reasonable cost. With our proprietary roll-forming machinery, we produce channels that are uniform and consistent along the entire length. We can also combine multiple operations, such as punching and notching, into the roll forming process to eliminate secondary operations. One of our strengths is to roll form custom channels from a large selection of metals, including pre-painted and pre-finished types. We are accustomed to working with galvanized steel, steel and steel alloys, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals such as brass, bronze, copper, and zinc. We manufacture U-channels (equal legs) and J-channels (unequal legs) from thin, light gauge materials as well as plates measuring up to 1.25″ thick. Our production team is always ready to review designs and assist with specifications and materials to ensure customers get the exact channel configuration they need. Channels can be specified as narrow as 1/16″ or as wide as 3.0″, and we can cut them in lengths from 3″ to 20′. We supply custom roll-formed channels in any quantity needed.
