We can also accommodate custom material needs as well as apply our own diverse range of surface finishes, from black oxide to zinc.We can incorporate almost any thread type, from ACME to wood, to both our carriage and lag bolts. They can be manufactured with binding, hexagon, oval, pan, Phillips, sheet metal, socket, thumb, truss, and numerous other head designs. Both our standard and custom nuts, from cap to wing type, feature high performance, load bearing thread characteristics. Our line of rivets include blind, closed end, hollow, pronged, threaded, slotted, solid, and tubular types for strong, permanent fastening. In addition, we have over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing of countless washers, from Belleville to wave types that reliably distribute loads within complex systems.We can provide additional services such as CAD design, CAM programming, chamfering, grinding, heat treating, and welding. We machine all of our products using state of the art, highly precise CNC lathes and mills that have the capacity to handle most production volumes. Our fasteners are made according to industry standards by AS 9100C, UTC, DIN, ISO, JIS, ANSI, ASME, MIL-SPEC, NADCAP, NAS, SAE, IFI, and ASTM.
