Diameter ranges from ¼” (M6) to 3” (M72), and length tops out at 72.” We have high competency in manufacturing a series of bolt styles, including hexagonal, square, round, countersunk, flanged, socket, and 12-point. A plethora of standard materials is available for each, as well as high-strength engineered materials such as Inconel, Hastelloy, and Titanium. Many protective and anti-corrosion coatings and treatments may be added, including brass, chrome, galvanization, nickel, composite, and specialty layers. Additional procedures and features like passivation, sterilization, case hardening, heat treating, nylon inserts and locking threads may be applied as well.Not only are we highly flexible at bolt production, but we also strive to deliver services that are fast, quality-tested, and suitable to your exact production policies. We can provide one-week delivery on most orders, and expedited response for emergency situations. Our manufacturing center is suited to one-off, low volume, high volume, and long-term production, and is ASME, ISO 9001:2000, ASTM, and SAE compliant.
