Along with multi-spindle, high volume lathes, CNC Swiss-style machines, turret lathes, and CNC turning centers, our lineup of equipment includes high-end VMCs and other machinery for drilling, tapping, broaching, grinding, etc. These machines have various features and capacities, and we match them to the most effective technology for each OEM part we make. We turn parts from up to 3” diameter bar stock or 10” diameter slugs in lengths to 24”. One of our specialties is manufacturing made-to-order fasteners and hardware to exacting specifications. We combine powerful CAD/CAM programming tools with high-speed, state-of-the-art machinery to produce custom fasteners to precise tolerances with industry-leading turnaround times. Our automated processes are accurate, repeatable, and accommodate a wide range of materials. Along with standard metals and alloys as well as high strength, high-temperature grades, we manufacture OEM parts from high-performance plastics, composites, and a range of other materials for challenging applications in automotive, mining, fluid power, armament, and other demanding industries. We are diligent about quality. Every part has an individualized quality control plan, and we leverage high accuracy measurement and test instruments and online SPC to ensure products conform to specifications.
