At AMECO USA, we manufacture custom heat treating products using innovating production methods that solve many of the issues which plague off the shelf designs. Our capabilities include the design and manufacturing of custom radiant tubes, fixtures, baskets, furnace rolls and other components used in thermal processing and heat treating applications.By commissioning a custom design, customers are no longer relegated to the limitations of molded, cast, or other fixed designs. There are no practical restrictions on the size, shape, and strength of product that can be produced, including stackable configurations. Articulated weldless designs are used to prevent issues from the welding of dissimilar alloys, allowing us to use high strength alloys where needed and more cost effective materials in other areas, maximizing customers’ return on investment.Articulated designs also eliminate part failures that result from stress cracks, which often appear in welded products that are used in such harsh operating environments. In many applications, replaceable inserts can be used to extend the service life of custom components that are used in the processing of small parts. Worn or damaged parts can be returned to us for repair or replacement, minimizing maintenance costs.
