Our engineering staff can assist with CAD design, offer guidance on material selection, and formulate custom compounds. We have comprehensive mold design capabilities for new and transfer tooling. Drawing on our years of experience, we mold parts with challenging designs and quality criteria for a range of demanding industries.Our capabilities include injection molding, compression molding, and transfer molding. As a rubber to metal bonding specialist, we consider the specific combination of rubber and metal substrate to encapsulate the metal with no adhesive, chemically bond the rubber to the metal, or glue the rubber to the metal. We mold rubber products in a wide range of distinctive color shades for aesthetics, to differentiate similar parts by material, size, or durometer, and to assist in product assembly.With our molding capabilities, we supply small to large-sized rubber parts. Materials we use include Neoprene, nitrile, silicone rubber, EPDM, Viton®, butyl, SBR rubber, and natural rubbers in FDA, UL, NSF, and ASTM compliant grades. Along with cryogenic deflashing, we can slit, punch, and apply a pressure-sensitive adhesive. ISO certified quality assurance involves in-process vision inspection and an array of tools for dimensional measurement and durometer gauging. We also have a strategic partnership with an A2LA accredited lab for more specialized inspection requirements.Products we mold include bellows, boots, bumpers, gaskets, handle grips, diaphragms, pads, seals, sleeves, etc. We supply prototypes for product development and manage low to high volume production runs.
