At Meridian Products Corporation, we manufacture injection molding tooling with high speed and thru hole coolant features. Drills, boring bars, shell and end mills, counterboring, grooving, threading, slotting and turning tools are manufactured. Our general capabilities include brazing, CAD design, engineering, inspection and technical support.We utilize tools made from carbide, cast iron, cobalt, diamond and HSS materials. Our tooling are suitable for various materials such as aluminum, brass, Inconel®, Monel®, Stellite®, tin, zinc, acetal, nylon, acrylic, ABS, PEEK, PTFE, PVC, PVDF, ceramic, glass, wood, quartz and graphite. Prototype, small to large run and low to high volume production are supported.Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis. Emergency and rush services are available.
