Our High Performance wall system features a FM-APPROVED, Class 1, R-21, 3” thick, steel-polyisocyanurate-steel wall panel. Our walls can be equipped with fixed or horizontal sliding windows, door sweeps, panic hardware, pull handles, louver, sliding and swing steel doors. Our wall systems can accommodate for 110 V convenience and 220 V equipment outlets, 3-way and motion sensor light switches, circuit breaker box, LED or fluorescent fixtures and emergency lights. These products are available with miscellaneous accessories including climate control, fixed or sliding windows, removable panel sections, forkliftable bases, fan powered climate control, re-enforced framed openings for action doors, storage loading, stairs and landings. We also have several ceiling options available such as vinyl or PVC faced ceiling tiles, ceiling diffusers, standard or gasketed grid drop ceilings, or consider a high-performance panelized ceiling utilizing the r FM APPROVED panel. Drop ceiling can include high-quality steel roof deck, rubber deck-end closures and presents load bearing capabilities. We also provide you with complete environmental control of the room with air conditioning, heating-AC combination units, exhaust fans and air filtration units. Glazing options include acrylic and polycarbonate glazing, laminated, insulated, tinted, wire reinforced, frosted and tempered safety glasses. Our expert team can adjust the sizes based on customer requirements. Lead times typically range from 4 to 6 weeks.
