At Axiom Medical, Inc., we offer on-site custom and contract molding services for small and large parts. Our engineers have extensive experience with overmolding, rotomolding, dip, compression, extrusion, flashless, transfer and vacuum infusion molding. We meet ANSI, ASTM, CE, CSA, DOT, FDA, ISO, NADCAP, TS and military standards.We make caps, cases, cords, plugs, covers, gaskets, grips, housings, seals, sleeves, straps, tubes and tubing. Elastomers, engineered thermoplastic, silicone, thermoplastic, thermoset, UHMW, urethane, vinyl, LGFR and acoustic materials are supported. We can mold parts 5 to 11 in. long, 5 to 10 in. wide, 7.78 to 14.5 in. high and up to 773 lb. in weight. Tolerances as low as ± 0.005 in. can be achieved.Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders can be fulfilled.
