At Meridian Products Corporation, we design, engineer and contract manufacture plastic injection molds. We fabricate over-molded bearings, connectors, mechanical threaded inserts, IC chip carriers and medical components. Our processes include product development, rapid prototyping, on-site mold construction, custom packaging and fulfillment.Materials we work with include acetal, acrylic, microcellular, polycarbonate, polyester, polypropylene, polystyrene, nylon 6, HDPE/LDPE, LCP, ABS, PBT, PEEK, PET, PLA, PPS, Ultem® and thermoplastic elastomer. We additionally provide tooling as well. Prototype, small to large run and low to high volume production are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis.Emergency and rush services are available. We comply with ANSI, ISO 9001:2008 and RoHS standards.
