Advantech Plastics provides contract plastic injection molding services for miniatures, small parts and multi-components. Products we offer are beverage caps, closures, lens, plastic containers, connectors, medical trays, assemblies, pharmaceutical packaging, telecommunication equipment and medical, dental, sensor, control, interior trim and exterior trim components. We are capable of molding most plastic materials including acetal, acrylic, ABS, HIPS, HDPE, LDPE, nylon, polycarbonate, polypropylene, PVC, PEEK, copolymer polypropylene, PET, polystyrene and other thermoplastics.Mold processes include two-shot, insert molding/in-mold assembly (IMA), micro-injection molding (MIM) and plastic injection. Clamping force ranges from 55 to 400 tons, shot size can be from 2.4 to 46 oz., and molds can have 1 to as many as 96 cavities. We offer tolerances to ± 0.002 in. Additional services include design consultation, engineering, project management, prototyping, pad printing, packaging, sonic welding, sterilization sourcing, finishing, assembly, quality assurance, product development, rapid prototyping and tooling. Our production floor has a diverse set of machinery from Engel, Cincinnati, Toyo, Husky, Toshiba and Nissei.In order to serve our customers on time, we have an average lead-time of 4-5 weeks with rush services available. We offer prototypes, low to high volume production and blanket orders. Our molding services serve a wide range of industries including medical/dental, beverage, packaging, electronics, telecommunications and automotive. We practice 5S and Six Sigma methodologies. We are also ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 certified. Our services meet AIB, ANSI, ASME and ASTM standards.
