Color options include green and high-temperature black.We provide PVC coating services to finish steel, aluminum, and flexible substrates. PVC coating of plating racks is one of our primary capabilities, and we also strip off old coatings to recondition racks and other assemblies used on various types of plating and coating lines. Before processing, we utilize strip ovens to remove any old coatings and then sandblast the parts to ensure surfaces are perfectly clean for optimal coating adhesion.Along with plating racks, we apply UV resistant and durable PVC coatings to items that range from steel and aluminum fixtures to lawn furniture and grates. We also use soft-touch formulations to coat tool handles and other gripping surfaces. With our technical knowledge, we consult with customers on formula development, and we provide customized test and inspection plans per customer specifications.
