Custom metal components are produced at our state of the art facility which is outfitted with advanced milling equipment as well as engine, turret, tracer, and large swing lathes. Many of these systems feature CNC control and are ideal for the machining of both simple and complex parts, in many cases with a single set up.A number of processes and methods are utilized for the precision manufacturing of components including drilling, boring, external and internal threading, turning techniques including contour, form, taper, and straight, internal forming, broaching, countersinking, counterboring, profiling, parting, cutting, and facing. We have the ability to manipulate a vast range of metals, including alloy steels, aluminum, brass, bronze alloys, molybdenum, stainless steel, palladium, tin, zinc, and many others. Our specialty production shop handles prototype, low volume and small to medium run production. Lead times are quoted by job, and emergency and rush services are available. As a single source manufacturer we provide a large number of ancillary value added services including design, metallurgical consulting, process consulting, assembly, welding, heat treating, plating, CAM programming, and reverse engineering. All of our processes and products are held to the highest industry standards for quality, meeting NADCAP, ANSI, ASME, and Mil-Spec codes.
