As a technically progressive precision metal stamping company, we leverage the latest design software and state-of-the-art production systems to ensure precise conformance to customer requirements.Along with an extensive in-house tooling department, we operate one of the largest high-speed Bruderer and Minister stamping operations with presses ranging from 10-tons to 300-tons with bed sizes up to 96” in length. Using 3D software for tooling design and process simulation, we identify manufacturing improvements, test out different materials, calculate material usage and tonnage, and prevent defects. In production, we leverage technology like in-die sensors, and video inspection systems to promote process stability, repeatability, and product quality. We work with an extensive selection of materials to progressively stamp everything from micro-miniature stampings with precious metals to large gauge steel parts. Our capabilities include in-die tapping, in-die assembly, in-die fastener insertion, in-tool machining of round pins, and bandoliering. As a full-service manufacturer, we can supply secondary tooling to trim parts or to form and cingulate at the customer location. We have in-house capabilities for automated and manual assembly, custom packaging, labeling, and barcoding. Stampings can be sterilized, passivated, and supplied with plated, powder-coated, electropolished, or other types of finishes.
