At LeeMAH Electronics, we offer printed circuit board (PCB) assembly services. Our general capabilities include circuit testing, burn-in, conformal coating, RTV encapsulation, flexible circuit, ball grid array, pin thru-hole and surface mount technology. We are well-equipped with dispatch ovens, desiccant chambers, solder stations, environmental chambers, ionic contamination testers, 2D X-ray, screen printing, AOI, pick and place equipment.Automated assembly, reflow, wave solder, hand insertion and soldering methods are utilized. Since we are your one-stop-shop, several additional services including conformal coating, repair and refurbishment are offered. Our quality department excels at DFA, DFM, DFT, FT, FPT and ICT. We work on parts 2 to 18 in. long, 2 to 18 in. wide and 0.031 to 0.125 in. thick. Standard lead time is two weeks.Our PCB assembly capabilities include mixed technology, clean and no clean flux systems, single and double sided, rigid, flexible and rigid/flexible. Prototype and low to high volume production are supported. Our clients come from a diverse set of industries including instrumentation, medical, military, aerospace, transportation and professional audio.
