The inquiry came in on the afternoon of the 9th with a request for samples in 4 weeks and production parts in 6 weeks.Custom Rubber Corp. quickly evaluated the part, together with our tool making partner and proposed a few slight design changes that significantly reduced the tool construction time.After successfully delivering on time, Custom Rubber Corp. worked with the customer to ultimately take over the assembly of the rubber latch and a metal hook. This simplified purchasing for the customer and saved them a step.
