With the depth and longevity of our roll-forming services, we have accumulated a multi-million dollar library of stock dies. Leveraging any combination of these standard dies, we produce an enormous range of custom shapes with minimal to no tooling costs. When a custom die is needed, we use software-based CAD/CAM systems to develop the roll forming tools, simulate the roll forming process, and critically evaluate the design alternatives for manufacturing the specific profile. We work with various metals, such as galvanized steel, plain, pre-painted, and pre-finished steel and stainless steel with mirror-bright, satin, or mill finishes. We also roll form profiles and shapes from mill finish and pre-finished aluminum and brass, bronze, copper, and zinc. For custom shapes, the design possibilities are almost endless. We manufacture Z-, T-, C-, and HAT moldings in made-to-order configurations; angles and channels in various sizes and lengths to 20’; and lock seam and butt seam tubing with round, square, and rectangular profiles.
