At Micro-Tronics, Inc., we offer top-of-the-line molding services for a wide range of products. Our applications include seal plates, to gaskets, valves, and assemblies. Our capabilities include multi-cavity tools, in-house tooling, and we can manufacture small to large custom parts. Products are molded with a wide range of molding and compounding processes.We offer products from a wide range of materials including elastomers, fluoroelastomers, fluoropolymers, flourosilicone, fluorocarbon, neoprene, Buna-N, EPDM, Kapton®, natural and food grade rubber, polyurethane, silicone rubber, and low and high temperature silicone. We have press ratings of 30 to 400 tons, work envelope of 24 x 24 x 8 in. Our tolerances meet ARPM requirements. In order to maintain our quality, we strictly adhere to Six Sigma black belt standards. Lead times are quoted on job-by-job basis. Emergency and rush services are available. We have no minimum order requirement and can offer a maximum of 250,000 pieces per year. Prototype and medium to high volume production as well as blanket orders are supported.Since we are your one-stop shop, we offer additional services to complement our primary capabilities such as assembly, kitting, laser marking, die cutting, cleaning, grinding, heat treating, post curing, painting, plating, welding and non-destructive testing.
