For aesthetics, assembly verification, or differentiating parts by material, size, or durometer, we mold rubber parts in a wide array of colors, including Pantone® match. We accommodate small to large rubber parts and offer cryogenic deflashing, slitting, punching, trimming, and pressure-sensitive adhesive application. Quality assurance involves in-process vision inspection, dimensional measurement, and durometer gauging. For more extensive quality analytics, we partner with an A2LA accredited lab.
