About Product
Alabrrie’s Defender™ Series Durafiber Boards are ideal on walking beams and transfer arms in high-heat handling systems. The reversible bonded boards are made from 100% Dupont Kevlar® fiber and can handle temperatures up to 1100ºF. They are available up to two inches thick and perform exceptionally well in wet and dry applications. Series Separator Rollers provide extruded aluminum separation and protection on the lead-out and run-out tables. They are typically used in place of graphite blocking and pins to separate profiles when using multi-cavity dies or to guide profiles on the table. Each roller is precision engineered and custom fabricated to your specifications using the same compressed felt design as our fullback rollers. Unlike graphite pins and blocks, these rollers will not break or chip, are easier to use, safer for your operators, are non-marking, and cleaner.
