About Product
Rubber bands are used to protect lobsters and crabs from each other and have the added benefit of protecting those who handle them as well. These bands minimize the probability of damage to soft-shelled claws and maximize the quality and flavor of the meat. There are different grades of rubber bands for the claws. A flexible band is used for soft-shelled lobsters. A tighter band is used for hard shells. Alliance lobster bands and crab bands exhibit excellent cold resistant properties while maintaining strength and stretch.
