Our printing equipment processes any flat object, including large format pieces we can imprint an area with maximum dimensions of 43.0″ in length x 42.0″ in width on substrates measuring up to 4.33″ in thickness and weighing up to 80 pounds. Using the finest quality digital UV cure inks, we print barcodes, text, and graphics with output resolution in the 300 dpi to 1,200 dpi range.Our highly customized imprinting services handle many types of unique materials. We imprint clear and legible text as well as colorful, high-resolution graphics on natural and synthetic rubbers as well as thermoplastic elastomer, silicone. Also, we print an extensive range of other materials, from metal, paper, and plastic, to fiberboard, fiberglass, textiles, wood, and more. Using the full spectrum of our CMYK digital ink system, we print vibrant colors that make images pop and retain their color and integrity for extended periods of time. Relevant information, company names and logos, and other printed graphics and data are of the very highest quality and exceptionally durable.We offer specialty imprinting of die cut products, custom rubber extrusions, and other parts upon request. Our in-house team is available to consult with you on any aspect of your project, and we also offer pre-press services.
